Wrong Colour

I start by saying I purchased many items as an international customer. The item is a quality product. But not what I ordered. This product was available on 11.5.24. On 3.6.24 I was asked if I would like a different colour as the dusty pink was no longer in stock. It was agreed one would be made. 14.6.24. The item that arrived was not what I ordered. It was suggested it was the lighting on the image. I am being told this is a dusty pink. Maybe pink is different in Pakistan -You decide!

As stated on our website that our orders takes 14 working days to be processed which means prodcuts are mostly made on order and we take orders by making them available on website. All the accessories in your order were in stock fortuantely except this one therefore you were asked in case you wanted to change the color as we had little time left for Eid but you wanted the same and we got it ready in 2 days to add it to your order as per the order placed. Color of the fabric can carry and in case it did as per you. This is the only fabric we purchased for this SKU and that is how we quickly got it ready for you. As per you this was brown earlier but when shown in comparison to brown, you made it rust.
Nonethless we are always open to share mobile images when requested for customer who are color specific and there are chance of slight variations which is mentioned in every product description.
